As a custom workwear and PPE manufacturer, every order is produced specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our manufacturing process, refunds cannot be offered for confirmed orders that have entered production.
1. Manufacturing Error Claims
If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing error that does not match the approved sample or agreed specifications, we will provide one of the following solutions after reviewing the claim:
Replacement of the affected items
Credit issued for future orders
2. Claim Requirements
To submit a claim, clients must:
Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the shipment
Provide clear evidence, such as:
Photographs
Measurements
Quality inspection reports
This information helps us verify the issue and offer a fair resolution.
